Allison Tom is a Producer for a San Francisco, California based company that creates national shows for HGTV & the Travel Channel. Previously, Allison was a correspondent for CNN and based in Atlanta, Georgia. While at CNN, Allison specialized in emerging technologies & internet reporting and delivered stories that aired on 16 different cable and satellite networks reaching more than 2 billion people spread out over 200 countries.
With a unique perspective of both commercial television and internet media, Allison brings solid journalism experience to A-Block. Her proven track record producing and directing both seasoned media talent as well as beginner “non-professionals” makes her an ideal instructor for A-Block Media Training Programs. Allison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Journalism from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
